Grappa di nebbiolo da Barbaresco

Area of origin: the fresh pomace deriving from the fermentation of Barbaresco DOCG, undergoes distillation in a pot still.

Maturation: about one year in small French oak barrels

Refinement: a few months in bottle

Characteristics: a beautiful shade of straw yellow color, clear and bright, ethereal scent with notes reminiscent of the originai grape, dry warm and enveloping flavor.
