Dolcetto is a traditional wine and a traditionally grown grape varietal. It is an indisputable sign of a marked biodiversity that is becoming less and less. The wine plays on yhe characteristics of youth: ruby and violet color, fragrant aromas between floral and fruity, full, harmonious and elegant flavour, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Area of origin: The hills of Barbaresco and San Rocco Seno d’Elvio (Alba)

Soil: Marl, with a prevalence of limestone and thin veins of sand
