The Cortese grape is known for having a very generous but difficult character. Thanks to the meticulous management in the vineyard and in the cellar, has allowed Papà Angelo to produce a long-lasting and particulary complex white wine that is capable of combining fragrant hints and more complex, mineral and spicy notes.
