Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

 

Exposure and altitude : South East, South West (250 mt), south (310 mt)

 

Age of Vineyard : 20 to 70 years

 

Vinification and ageing: fermentation and maceration on skins (submerged cup) for about 45-55 days in conical oak cask . Ageing in a large (20 hectoliter) German and Austrian oak cask for 20 months

 

Annual production :
